Whether you are trying out the practice slope for the first time or are having a blast on the Marlies Schild training route, skiing fun is guaranteed. AN EXPERIENCE FOR ALL THE SENSES ALONG THE KÖNIGSTOUR
We have started an initiative that encourages people to enjoy the outdoors with all 5 senses. Along the Königstour is a giant, wooden throne, where you can rest, feast your eyes on the scenery, breathe in the fresh, mountain air, and take in the aromas of the alpine world. At the most beautiful viewing points, we want to give you the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate everything with all 5 senses. These points are also the perfect place to stop and take a photo as a reminder of your winter vacation

Ski amade made my day
Finding the best slopes from 760 kilometres of skiing fun is not always easy. Therefore, you are now presented with the absolute highlights of Austria's greatest skiing, in a very exciting way. Simply book your individual day of adventure - Ski amadé made my day and within only a few hours you will experience more WOW moments than others will experience in a whole week. Professional ski guides will guide you through secret areas of the region.
Highly Delicious
The tastiest mountain hut crawl in the Alps - along the Königstour at Hochkönig, one skis from hut to hut for a different course, from a predinner drink to dessert and inbetween enjoy a run down the slopes. Your fill of culinary enjoyment and sport should be easy to digest on a romantic horse drawn sleigh ride through the snowy winter forest.
Kingsline Freeride day
A maximum Freeride day: 53 kilometres, 1,000 metre ascent and 4,000 metre descent. All this with hired Freeride equipment and a professional guide. For most of the ascents a lift can be taken. On a few of the slopes you will need to go up on your touring skis. At the end of the day you will be given a personal video in rememberance of this day and there will be a cosy dinner at the Scheppalalm and a get-together at the bar.
Backcountry ski tour
A Go-Pro instead of a crown is fixed onto your helmet to record your own personal impressions of this King's ski tour. You set off at the break of dawn in order to capture the atmosphere of the surrounding mountains. An ample breakfast at the summit makes the two hour ascent in the untouched snow of the "Hundstein" slope much easier. The run down afterwards, over various options, is a very refreshing freestyle experience. Experience and learnings from the avalanche training, with emergency equipment, is a valuable experience for your own future ski tours.
