Giving Old Things New Life

From Old to New – and Beautifully Done!
What can be created from old banners and beach flags is truly impressive. In collaboration with the FunkelNagel Workshop by anderskompetent, our retired advertising materials have been transformed into unique and creative works of art. The result: stylish bags, practical pencil cases, gym sacks, and even functional backpacks – all handmade with great attention to detail and lots of love.

In recent years – not least due to the switch to our new corporate design – we accumulated numerous banners and beach flags that we could no longer use. Instead of discarding them, we wanted to give them a second life. For this, we found the ideal partner in frauenanderskompetent. From the old materials, new, high-quality products were sewn – each piece a true one-of-a-kind.

The organization frauenanderskompetent is a social enterprise based in Salzburg that supports unemployed women in (re-)entering the workforce (funded by AMS Salzburg and the State of Salzburg). It is part of anderskompetent GmbH, which runs various projects to promote social inclusion and professional integration.

This way, we combine sustainability with social commitment and unique design.
